It's HERE!!

I am so excited our brand new stroller arrived and it is so beautiful!! The Combi double stroller "On Purpose Pink." I am really starting to get hooked on EBay, bad I tell ya. So, I have been watching and waiting for the perfect moment to sneak in and get the deal of the century. Times been ticking and vacation is just around the corner, got to get the deal and still have time to have it ship!! I found one, I was down to the last 52 minutes and counting I was focused, I was determined to sneak in at the last second and win the stroller I have been longing for. So did I win you ask?... I was so close... I was patient... I had it all figured out in my head... and then it happened... I got distracted... how could I let this happen... I had a plan. Well as you probably guessed I didn't win. I didn't even get to enter a bid. I blew it and for what you might ask? A steak salad hold the fries with extra cheese and french dressing oh and no bread!! LUNCH, I lost my stroller that I calculated every conceivable turnout over lunch. I had to do it... buy it now... I had no choice. With vacation around the corner and who knows how long for shipping time it was now or never. My lunch cost me about $20. more than it should have IF I would've just waited an hour longer. Oh well, it came today and I absolutely love it. It's all that I had hoped it would be. Isn't it pretty?!?

Too Little...Too Late

So, I thought since we will be going to Florida on vacation and unable to pack highchairs it would be a good idea to get the babies bumbo seats with trays. How perfect right?! Not too big to pack plus they are so multi purpose. Who would've thought they'd learn to arch their little bodies and pop the trays right off, then proceed to twist themselves free until they are completely out of them. I think we had them all of a week when they figured it out. I'm still planning on taking them on vacation with us (the seats that is) they'll sit long enough to eat but they are by no means confined enough for us to turn our backs for a second. Just another way of showing mama they are getting so big.

Sitting, Standing and Crawling

My have our babies been busy! Riley and Reagan have decided over night they are going to become big girls. It all started last week when I found Riley standing in her crib after her nap (Rae too stands in her crib but Riley did this first). Reagan didn't want to be out done by her younger sister (by 6 min.) so she decided that she would start crawling this weekend. So now we have two little ones standing all of the time they will pull up on just about anything/one that's within their reach, Reagan is now crawling all of the time on all fours, Riley still does the injured soldier/froggie crawl but don't let it fool ya she is quick as lightning, and they both decided they like to sit up and play more than laying down. So they have been quite busy practicing all of their new found freedoms. Oh and did I mention they both broke through their two bottom teeth. The exact same day!! I'll post pics as soon as they are a little easier to see. Where has the time gone???

The birth and death of a Hemangioma

Reagan developed a hemangioma shortly after birth. After seeing this video I again thanked God for our blessings. I never put a lot of thought into how much worse it could have been.

She came!!

Thank you Tooth Fairy!! Makenna was such a happy little girl this morning when she woke and saw that her *sparkly* tooth was gone and there laid 2 one dollar bills. It truly made her day!!!

Someone is standing

Too Cute...Today I went into the babies room (to get them they had waken from their nap),and Riley was standing up in her crib holding onto the rail. She was so excited!! She giggled when she saw me. My babies are growing up. I wish I could slow down this time and just treasure every SINGLE second. They are so much fun and their personalities are the best. God has truly blessed our family!!

Anybody seen her???

Has anyone seen the tooth fairy? Makenna lost her tooth 2 days ago and she is really starting to worry that maybe something has happened to her. She brushed it extra long so it could be so shiny. My children seem to think the whiter the tooth the more cash you get...hehehe. It's cute. Anyway, I thought maybe if I spread the word that tonight could be Kenna's lucky night. It's kinda sad to see the disappointment in her eyes when she gets up and sees her tooth is still were she left it....Maybe the tooth fairy is getting a little forgetful in her old age, or maybe she should come sometime in the afternoon say when the kids are outside playing and she's not completely exhausted and just wants to go to bed...that's just a guess of course ;0)

Another NEW Look!

You're at the right place, I know you were probably thinking you clicked on the wrong blog. Nope it's me and our ever changing blog. As if I don't have anything better to do. Once again I have changed the look of our blog. Not the first won't be the last. It's fun to change it up...I've considered having a template designed just for our family. There is a designer at splatdesigns.com she is amazing!!! Some of the cutest blogs I've seen, but with the way I like to change it up I'm thinking I should stay with the freebies or at least learn how to design my own. Now that I definitely do not have time for!!
